4/8/2010 Macedonia City Council meeting on Norfolk & Southern Quiet Zone agreement.
3/3/2010 Public Utility Commission of Ohio (PUCO) authorized Norfolk & Southern to schedule Quiet Zone construction work.
1/25/2010 Norfolk & Southern signed the agreement with the Ohio Rail Development Commission (ORDC) enabling us to encumber the stimulus funds for the Quiet Zone project.
11/16/2009 Request Public Utilities Commission of Ohio work order. (9 Months to complete work order.)
11/10/2009 Macedonia Mayor Don Kuchta signs revised American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding agreement clearing the way for the Quiet Zone project to proceed.
10/30/2009 Encumber funds.
10/30/2009 Request Federal Authorization PUCO.
9/30/2009 City of Macedonia, Mayor Kuchta Complete Revised American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Letter Agreement.
6/5/2009 City of Macedonia, Mayor Kuchta Complete American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Letter Agreement.
6/4/2009 Macedonia City Council unanimously approves American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding Letter Agreement for Mayor's signature.
6/3/2009 Hudson City Council approves American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding agreement clause, to share in any project cost overruns equally with the City of Macedonia.
5/18/2009 Provide ccompleted Notice of Intent to establish Quiet Zone to Mayor Kuchta for review..
